To remain competitive, Crown Law recognised the need to change and adapt its business and service offerings to retain and grow its client pool. Crown Law engaged Thought Bubble to prepare a strategic marketing and business development strategy, drawing upon the Thought Bubble’s significant corporate and commercial experience in the legal services industry (and in particular, the consultants’ first-hand experience working in–house with top tier legal panel providers).

Thought Bubble presented a full 12 month action plan summary timeline with phased strategies to support the objective of positioning Crown Law as the Queensland Government’s first choice and best provider of legal services.

Phase 1 comprised brand building and raising awareness; phase 2 focused on client growth, engagement and retention; and phase 3 on winning work and delivering the work.

Key messages were crafted for each of the practice areas, along with a full timeline of deliverables.

Thought Bubble was then commissioned to develop marketing collateral, including e newsletter content frameworks and digital branding for Crown Law using our in-house creative team.
